What is your return and refund policy?

Returns

All wheels are make to order thus not eligible for return. However, if the wheel is defective or arrived damaged, an exchange/refund is eligible within 15 days after receiving the product.. In order to return a product, it must be new and unused, display no wear and tear, and be in its original packaging. Items may be returned by mail.

Cancellation

Every order will be manually reviewed by one of our agents. Once details are confirmed a cancellation can not be made.

Refunds:

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@realcarbontastic.com

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us at sales@realcarbontastic for further instructions.
We will provide return label for return if applicable domestically. Unfortunately, we won't be able to provide return label for International shopper.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
