Reshape to your liking – whether it be a cut-off top, flat bottom, flat top, rectangle, triangle, or whatever crazy idea you have, we can make it happen. Just bear in mind we need to keep the core structure so we need to at least keep the horizontal spoke intact and some shapes will be limited by the button layout. But anywhere beyond those areas we can cut, re-weld, and reshape them.

Thickness – some prefer OEM some like it thicker some might want to go even thinner than OEM. Not a problem, we take our time, listen to your request, and will make it happen.

No, we never require customers to send or retuning their steering wheel for the order. Our pricing is all-inclusive with the OEM steering wheel core, and shipping for the lower 48 states.

All Carbontastic steering wheels are modified from an OEM steering wheel core, allowing for plug and play with no fitment issues.

The LED shift light connects wirelessly to the included OBD2 module via Bluetooth. No extra wiring is needed for data reading, but you’ll need a multimeter to locate the 12V (+) and ground (-) for power. For most European and American vehicles, these are in the steering wheel multifunction plugs. Japanese vehicles may require an extra ACC wire. Watch our YouTube setup video for details.

No, the package doesn’t include a complete steering wheel. You’ll need to transfer the airbag, back cover, buttons, wire harness, and trim pieces from your original wheel. Some buttons and harnesses may be included, but we recommend using your OEM controls for compatibility. This may vary for Facelift upgrade wheels.

Yes, unfortunately heating function will be disabled due to the OEM heating materials are destroyed during the modification.

However, clients living in colder regions tend to pick Alcantara as side grip material to minimize cost of losing heated steering wheel function.

You can also simply swap back in the OEM steering wheel during the winter time, as it is a straightforward installation that should around 30-60mins (Installation done by a professional shop is highly recommend)

Once you place your order, we’ll confirm it within 48 hours. Building your custom steering wheel usually takes 5-8 weeks. During peak seasons or for complex designs, it may take up to 2-3 months. We’ll send progress photos and notify you with a tracking number when it ships.

Once order is finished, will ship out from Los Angeles using UPS with signature required.

Transit Time-varies depending on your location, it will be shipped out of CA and domestic should take 1-6 business days and 3-10 business days for international

Returns: All wheels are made to order and thus not eligible for return. However, if the wheel is defective or arrived damaged, an exchange/refund is eligible within 15 days after receiving the product. To return a product, it must be new and unused, display no wear and tear, and be in its original packaging. Items may be returned by mail.

Refunds: If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
