Considering the production time in producing the custom carbon fiber steering wheels, we ask for your patience. Usually, it takes 5-8 weeks for you to receive the product.

• The custom carbon fiber steering wheels are available for a variety of vehicles. If your exact vehicle/transmission is not listed, please contact us at info@realcarbontastic.com

• If your carbontastic.com purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within 15 days of product received date. To return a product, the item must be new, unused, NO show wear and tear on them and in its original packaging. And you may return the item by mail. 

   

  Refunds:

  We are happy to refund you the total amount back minus a 50% restocking fee that excludes S&H. Refunds will  issued in the same form as payment originally used for purchase.

   

  *Unfortunately we do not offer a return and refund policy for steering wheel order which has custom options for top strap color, stitching color, colored carbon fiber, and personalize logo service.
