1: If steering wheel comes with OEM multifunction buttons, they are included as complementary. 
*Buttons condition are variant, please transfer the OEM multifunction buttons from your steering wheel to complete the installation if needed. 
 
2: Heated steering wheel function will be disabled on all of our carbon fiber steering wheel. But you won’t have error code on the dash.
 
 
Customer will have to transfer the multifunction buttons from their old steering wheel to the new steering wheel

    • Our custom steering wheels crafted from high-quality materials, will give you the ultimate driving experience and pleasure.

  • Features

    • These custom steering wheels are modified versions of OEM steering wheels, which ensure a plug and play fitment by utilizing the best quality cores. Each steering wheel is individually custom handcrafted, comprising over 20 hours of labor to craft each perfect steering. 

     

    • Considering the production time in producing the custom carbon fiber steering wheels, we ask for your patience. Usually, it takes 4-6 weeks for you to receive the product.

  • What is inside The Package

    • Each kit includes one custom steering wheel.
    • Airbag is NOT included.

     

    NOTE: This purchase does not include any accessories, you will need to transfer all the electronic components (paddle shifter control module, multifunction buttons, airbag, etc.) from the original steering wheel over to complete your installation.

  • Warranty

    • If your carbontastic.com purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within 15 days of product received date. To return a product, the item must be new, unused, NO show wear and tear on them and in its original packaging. And you may return the item by mail. 

       

      Refunds:

      We are happy to refund you the total amount back minus a 50% restocking fee that excludes S&H. Refunds will  issued in the same form as payment originally used for purchase.

       

      *Unfortunately we do not offer a return and refund policy for steering wheel order which has custom options for top strap color, stitching color, colored carbon fiber, and personalize logo service.

What is your return and refund policy?

Returns:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your CarbonTastic product, you may return your purchase within 15 days after receiving the item. In order to return a product, it must be new and unused, display no wear and tear, and be in its original packaging. Items may be returned by mail.

 

Refunds:

All refunds are issued using the same form of payment that was originally used to complete the initial purchase. You will be refunded the total amount of your purchase minus a 50% restocking fee that excludes shipping and handling.

 

*Note: The return and refund policy is not applicable for steering wheel purchases with personalized logos, special colored carbon fiber, or any other kind of special customizations.

Are CarbonTastic products new?

CarbonTastic products are modified from used OEM steering wheels. All materials used on these modified steering wheels are new, with the exception of the steering body, airbag mounting plate, and multifunction button.

Which types of payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal, Credit Card, and Bitcoin as forms of payment. If you require the use of other payment methods, please email us for details.
