*Buttons condition are variant, please transfer the OEM multifunction buttons from your steering wheel to complete the installation if needed.
2: Heated steering wheel function will be disabled on all of our carbon fiber steering wheel. But you won’t have error code on the dash.

If your carbontastic.com purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within 15 days of product received date. To return a product, the item must be new, unused, NO show wear and tear on them and in its original packaging. And you may return the item by mail.
Refunds:
We are happy to refund you the total amount back minus a 50% restocking fee that excludes S&H. Refunds will issued in the same form as payment originally used for purchase.
*Unfortunately we do not offer a return and refund policy for steering wheel order which has custom options for top strap color, stitching color, colored carbon fiber, and personalize logo service.
